FIREWOOD:
No carry in firewood allowed. In order to preserve our campgrounds natural environment, and in regulations with the state of Pennsylvania, we do not allow outside firewood into the campground. You can purchase firewood at our campground at a competitive price, and we will even deliver it to your site!

- All rental units are also required to put down a $60 security deposit for incidentals, it will be refunded to you upon departure as long as the rental unit is left in good condition.
- All rentals except Great Getaway and Rolling Retreat are pet friendly.
Cancellation Policy:
New for 2026: CANCELLATION POLICY - for reservations made 6 months or more in advance:
- WITHING 30 DAYS OF BOOKING: Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee OR/ Reschedule 1 time in same season- NO FEE
- AFTER 30 DAYS OF BOOKING: No Refunds, You may reschedule 1 time in same season, minus $50 fee until 15 days Prior to your arrival.
- 14 Days or Less to Arrival: No refunds. No credit.
Holidays: Always No refunds. No credit. Anytime after booking. Memorial, 4th July, Labor, Columbus.
CANCELLATION POLICY-Reservations made LESS than 6 months in advance:
Please note: If booking less than 15 days out, these policies apply.
- 15 or more days notice: Full refund minus $30 fee.
- 8-14 days notice: Full credit to reschedule during this season, minus $30 rescheduling fee. Can be used anytime including holidays, pricing may increase for future dates.
- 0-7 days notice: No refund, no credit.
Holiday Weeks: No credit. No refund for any holiday weeks at anytime after booking: Memorial week, 4th July week, Labor day week or Columbus week.
